These terms form a contract between you and HubTrader LLC, with offices at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Albuquerque NM 87110, United States. By accessing or using TheToonMaker you confirm that you have legal capacity to accept them and that you will comply with the rules described here. If you act on behalf of a company, you state you have authority to bind it.
TheToonMaker is a 2D animation production platform powered by ToonAI, our proprietary artificial-intelligence layer. It lets you organize characters, write scripts, generate clips and assemble episodes. Available features depend on your active plan.
You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access by writing to [email protected].
You may not use TheToonMaker to produce illegal material, sexual content involving minors, content that infringes third-party intellectual property, unauthorized deepfakes of real people, content that incites hate or violence, nor to automate the platform in ways that affect its availability or other users.
You retain all rights over the sketches, scripts, voices and other materials you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and display them within the platform for the sole purpose of providing the service.
The clips, frames, voices and episodes that ToonAI generates from your materials are yours for commercial and personal use, subject to these terms and applicable image-rights law. You are responsible for the final content you publish outside the platform.
TheToonMaker, its software, interface, editorial content and the ToonAI brand are owned by HubTrader LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you no rights over our code, trademarks or the models that make up ToonAI.
Some features require a paid plan. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the next renewal. Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice by email.
TheToonMaker does not issue refunds. Every subscription and every generation incurs non-recoverable compute costs. See our Refund Policy for full details and exceptions.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, put other users at risk or pose a legal risk to us. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account.
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that ToonAI will produce specific results, that the service will be error-free, or that it will be uninterrupted. We recommend validating content before publishing it.
To the extent permitted by law, HubTrader LLC will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity. Our total cumulative liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator seated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, in the English language, unless the applicable law of your jurisdiction requires a different forum.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may close your account before they take effect.
