A credit represents a unit of ToonAI compute. Generating a keyframe, a voice, a clip or an episode consumes credits depending on complexity and duration. Credits reset at the start of every billing period.
Unused credits expire at the end of every period. They do not roll over and are not refunded. If you need more, you can upgrade at any time; the change is pro-rated.
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription and keep access until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund unused days.
Yes. All listed prices already include applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax). What you see is what you pay — no additional charges are added at checkout.
No. Every generation incurs a non-recoverable compute cost. We recommend trying the Free plan before paying. Read the Refund Policy for the only exceptions (duplicate charges or confirmed platform failures).
