TheToonMaker is operated by HubTrader LLC, with offices at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Albuquerque NM 87110, United States. When this policy refers to "we" it means HubTrader LLC and its authorized operators. Our primary domain is thetoonmaker.com.
Account data: name, email address, hashed password and preferred language. User content: sketches, scripts, voice references, projects and clips you generate inside the platform. Usage data: pages visited, actions performed and technical errors used to improve the service. Payment data: processed by certified payment providers; we do not store full card details on our servers.
We use your information to operate the platform, process your generations through ToonAI (our proprietary artificial-intelligence layer), provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.
The content you upload (sketches, audio, scripts, prompts) is sent to ToonAI solely to generate the result you request. ToonAI does not reuse your content to train models shared with other users. The results you obtain are tied to your account and remain private unless you choose to publish them.
We do not sell your data. We share information only with payment providers to process subscriptions, infrastructure providers for hosting and telemetry, authorities when required by applicable law, and good-faith acquirers in the event of an asset acquisition with prior notice to affected users.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active and minimal operational telemetry to detect errors. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or profiling for ad targeting.
We keep your account and content while your account is active. When you request deletion, we erase your personal data and content within 30 days, except for records we must retain for legal, tax or unresolved-dispute reasons.
You can access, export, correct or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. For formal data-protection requests, write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Our infrastructure may operate in multiple regions. When we transfer personal data outside your country, we do so under standard contractual clauses or other recognized mechanisms that provide an adequate level of protection.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging and periodic incident review. No system is invulnerable, but we actively work to maintain a high standard.
TheToonMaker is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
